抽出後のコーヒー豆。
通常は廃棄されてしまうが、ゼロウェイストhttps://why-kamikatsu.jp/帰りの左官職人Reita MORIYAは、持ち前の材選とスキルで文字通りコーヒーテーブルを作ってしまった。
アートモリヤのアトリエ（湘南：藤沢の古民家）に集まる仲間の一人バリスタの『スギちゃん』監修のもと、挽きの大小やエスプレッソ粉での色付けなど細部にまで拘った。

基材はイタリアの左官材料オルトレマテリア。

大理石や石英をリサイクルした材料で、環境に良いのはもちろんのこと強度と柔軟性に優れているためテーブルや床、壁と場所を選ばず、ライフサイクルも長く保ちます。
HACCPを取得しているので特にテーブルやキッチン、カウンターにはお勧めです。
クオリティ担保、ブランド価値を向上していくため、国内でも限られた施工者しか扱うことのできない珍しいマテリアルとなります。

天然藍（indigo)を使った”Earth Table”はポルトガルのインテリアデザインマガジンに掲載されました。
話がそれましたが、ごみ問題、廃棄方法の悩み。
それらを解決し、さらにテーブルとしてアップサイクルされる素晴らしいです。

Coffee beans after extraction.
Normally, they are discarded, but Zero Waste https://why-kamikatsu.jp/帰りの左官職人Reita MORIYA has literally made a coffee table out of them using its own material selection and skills.
Under the supervision of Sugi-chan, a barista who is one of the friends who gather at Art Moriya's atelier (an old house in Shonan: Fujisawa), every detail was taken care of, including the size of the grind and the coloring with espresso powder.

The base material is Oltre Materia, an Italian plastering material.

The material is made from recycled marble and quartz, and is not only good for the environment, but is also strong and flexible enough to be used on tables, floors, and walls, and has a long life cycle.
It is HACCP certified and is especially recommended for tables, kitchens and countertops.
This is a rare material that can only be handled by a limited number of installers in Japan in order to guarantee quality and improve brand value.
Art Moriya has a proven track record in the manufacture of original furniture products and a wide variety of construction work.

This is a very nice space by the sea where we have been helping with the interior design of the store.
The eco-friendly interior finishes give people a relaxing time and a luxurious feeling of comfort.
The coffee table (cafe table) is just plain cool.
